McAlpin Reserve

McAlpin Reserve is a hidden gem tucked away in Ringwood North in Melbourne. The play space design reflects the local character and natural heritage. Enhancing the spaces, it fully utilises amenities and addresses the community’s needs for all-inclusive play equipment to benefit park visitors of all ages and abilities.

The reserve is perfect for weekend picnics, playdates and a leisurely walk, with stunning gardens and sprawling lawns for ball games and relaxation. There are multiple zones for different abilities and many fun activities to explore. The junior play zone has a climbing structure complete with orchard boxes and fruit, a scooter track with traffic signage, and a swing set with an expression swing.

Also included is a large playground with an ICON barbecue cabinet and shelter nearby. Here, visitors can treat themselves to a cooked meal after exploring the pond and trails throughout the reserve that connect to Monterey Bush Park.
